Dear Patients:

Life recently has been anything but normal and we sincerely hope you and your family remain safe and healthy during these difficult times.

We are happy to report the Ministry of Health as well as the Ontario Dental Association has lifted the restrictions placed on dental offices, and we are once again able to provide oral health care to you and your loved ones.

While there have been many changes, our commitment to your healthy and safety has still remained the main priority. 

As we continually strive to go above and beyond infection control standards, your next visit will be a little different. 

Here is what you can expect at your next appointment:

• Structural changes, such as installing barriers at the front desk as well as additional doorway barriers to provide a safely sealed room.

• Each room is equipped with an air purification system to eliminate air born pollutants.

• You will be asked screening questions upon arriving to your appointment.

• You may be asked to wait outside or in your car until we are able to safely allow you to enter into the office.

• You will be required to wear a mask when entering the office. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one.

• We have provided hand sanitizer and kindly ask you to use it upon arrival and departure from the office.

• We are no longer able to provide books or magazines in our waiting room as we are not able to fully disinfect them.

• Appointments have been spaced out accordingly to allow for physical distancing.

• We will be wearing more protective apparel than normal during your visit. These will include a face shield, face mask, and gown.

• We ask that if you will be late to your appointment to please contact us as soon as possible. Late appointments may result in having to reschedule your appointment in order to continue meeting these safety standards.
